This mural was designed digitally and then printed and installed on architectural siding panels for Swell Apartments in the Yesler Terrace neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The shapes and patterns are drawn from the surrounding natural world, bringing bold color to the building. The design’s colors and shapes relate to two interior hand-painted murals in the building.

This hand-painted mural, for the fitness area of Swell Apartments in the Yesler Terrace neighborhood of Seattle, features animals doing a variety of fitness activities to bring whimsy and fun to the space.

This mural was designed digitally and then printed and installed as a vinyl wall covering. The mural greets visitors and members to the Fox Tower co-working suite, with references to Mt. Hood, Downtown Portland buildings and bridges, and Pacific Northwest trees and plants.

This mural was hand-painted with help from the Mahonia Crossing residents during a Community Painting day. The design includes references to Salem buildings and landmarks, indigenous plants, and symbols representing the diversity of the Mahonia Crossing residents.

With nods to Access Architecture projects, the Pacific Northwest community, and the firm’s mission to Design Connected Communities, this mural greets visitors to the Access Architecture office in Downtown Vancouver.

This mural, as well as a second mural in an adjacent hallway, celebrates GridStor’s innovative approach to energy grid storage, as well as the Portland context. The office overlooks the Portland waterfront and skyline, and the mural echoes the patterns, colors, trees, and plant-life from that landscape.

I painted this mural during a four-hour Spring Refresh Pop-Up event for adidas Terrex in Portland, Oregon, in collaboration with For Good & Company. The design is a celebration of vibrant Portland spring and outdoor adventures of all kinds. With a bold color palette, the design features local landmarks, flowers, trees, and echoes of adidas branding. The (25) canvases were raffled to event attendees at the close of the live painting event.

Spanning two walls, this mural brings bold and active shapes to the building’s amenity space Fitness Center. The color palette expands on the lobby furniture and wall covering in the adjacent hallway. The mural includes marks of all shapes and sizes, reflecting athletes at all levels of experience and skill.

This series of (8) vinyl wall designs was created for Advantis Credit Union’s new headquarters. Each wall focuses on a theme of the Advantis culture: community impact, member experience, diversity and inclusion, creativity, and teamwork.

Hand-Painted Stormwater Utility Box, 6’ x 2’ x 2’. Portland, Oregon (2800 SE 10th Ave). 2022.

Commissioned by SE Uplift and City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, this hand-painted stormwater utility box is a celebration of native watershed plants (lupine, cascara, sword ferns, and calicoflower) and the musical quality of rain.

This mural was designed on-site in response to the surrounding village, mountain switchbacks, and Crete wildflowers. Painted during Mudhouse Art Residency for a private residence in Agios Ioannis, Crete, Greece.

This mural references the Bull Run Watershed, Mt Hood topographical maps, and Pacific Northwest trees and plants. I designed this mural with the history and vision of St. Mary’s Academy in mind, while also honoring the courage and creativity of students and alumnae.  Each wall focuses on different elements from the St. Mary’s story, from the founding sisters in Quebec to the innovation and imagination of current students.  When women believe in their own potential, the sky is the limit.  Photographs by Sally Painter.

I designed and painted this mural for the Mirador/CUNA Mutual Group office in downtown Portland. The design features Mirador brand colors, inspired by the Willamette River’s significance in Portland geography.

I designed and painted this mural for Embarc Collective, a start-up collective in Tampa, Florida. The kaleidoscope of colors and lines represent the creativity that is amplified when people from different backgrounds come together in a shared community. The design is a reflection of a city and neighborhood, as well as a broader map of networks and innovation. Drawing influences from Embarc’s history and brand colors, the mural echoes the sensation of walking down a colorful street, looking at a city skyline, or thinking beyond what has been done before.
